We Offer Access To Vocational Training
We hire based on character – not skill. And we can teach hard-working, driven young men and women to excel within the roofing industry. We can’t teach how to be a good person, so we hire for it instead.
However, along with that mindset, we must place great emphasis on training, and we do! So, we offer vocational training for veterans who need and desire it. And then we extensively train them IN-HOUSE on how to be awesome roofing pros. Notably, our training includes:
- Hands-on install training
- Manufacturer-certified education
- Full safety and job site protocol
- On-the-job mentorship from experienced leaders
New hires won’t be thrown onto a roof and left to figure it out. First, we equip them with the knowledge and support they need to succeed and grow.
