Proper Roofing has fully committed to giving back to our Greater Houston neighborhoods, reconnecting with the outdoors, and leaving every place better than we found it.
It’s called the Proper Nature Alliance. Our goal is simple:

And we’re super excited to announce that we’ve held our very first Nature Alliance weekend. It kicked off with sleeping bags, trail snacks, work gloves… and one big mission: Clean up our corner of Houston and have a blast doing it.
Here’s what went down.
We Traded Shingles For Sleeping Bags (Just For A Weekend)
Our very first Natural Alliance camping trip was a HUGE success! We bonded together, had a blast, and (most of all) made a meaningful and lasting difference.
During the two-day trip, we set up tents, cleaned hiking trails, and held campfire conversations about sustainability, service, and growth. (We even had some on-staff veterans lead the discussions.)
The laughter, teamwork, and good-natured competition (who can collect the most trash?) made it unforgettable… and we can’t wait to do it again!
Our Kickoff Weekend Was Just The Beginning!
Yes, we’re here to build dependable, Houston-tough roofing systems installed by full-time pros. But our mission is far greater, and we’re here to build something that lasts not just for our customers… but for our ENTIRE city.
The Proper Nature Alliance is our way of meaningfully stepping off the roof and into our Houston community and living up to our core values.
So, what’s next? Quite a bit. We’ll continue:
