From the first inspection to the conclusion of the installation, Proper Roofing personnel have been very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and hard working. Through personal contact and the customer portal we have been kept apprised of all steps with photos, documents, and through messages. The installation crew was prompt, hard working, polite, courteous, and respectful of our property. We are very pleased with the workmanship and materials and the warranties this company and the manufacturer offer. Waterproofing and heat reflection materials through Atlas Pinnacle Sun shingles and installation system is exactly what we need in the SE Texas sun. Roof looks terrific! I have had Proper Roofing come out and install new seamless gutters and a good refresh on my roof. The roof is a little more than 12 years old and was in fair shape but needed some touch ups and help in some places. They ended up replacing pipe boots and inspecting and resealing all of the penetrations in the roof. The technicians even came out for a minor roof emergency and went above and beyond to resolve the issues we were having. I am very pleased with the various sales people, project managers and technicians that came out to do the work. I will definitely have them come back for additional work when needed and the roof replacement when that is needed as well.

We had a great experience with Proper. From Luke in sales (yes even the sales guy was polite and friendly), to the roofing crew, to the follow up with Dakota, everyone was personable and respectful. And best of all, our roof looks great! They do have a job to sell a product, you get the full sales pitch, but there is no pressure. If you know what you are looking for and communicate that, it's a pretty seemless process. Also, they answered all of our questions, had some helpful financing options and listened to what we needed.

From the first visit, everything was very professional, respectful, and punctual, it was very easy to take a contract and they guided us step by step to be able to have refinancing. Inspector Dakota was also very kind and respectful and made sure that the work was perfectly, on the way around the house to make sure that the work was well done. In every step from sales to clean up, the communication and staff were professional, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. They were patient to help me become comfortable with and understand every process. They sent me paper work, to help with my HOA process. The delivery of the roofing supplies was a smooth process and placed on my drive way so I could still use my car. The roofing project manager and crew arrived on time, before sunrise to take great care to protect my property and landscaping, and started work as the sun came up. The drone allowed me to see every step of the new roof installation, that had been described to me. And when the roof was complete, they worked hard to clean up all the roof debris, and completed the job on schedule. But the bottom line is: I now have a completed roof, with a system that uses extra waterproofing materials, and sun reflective shingles, with a 50 year warranty, all very important for the Houston weather. My dealings with the personal at each stage in the process of purchasing a new roof, gutters, radiant barrier and insulation for my home was a very pleasant experience and seamless in many ways. Salesman Sean was knowledgeable and inspired confidence in the Houston based, family owned company. A walk through allowed us to prepare for the installation. The roofing crew was well staffed and worked diligently to complete the roof in one day, cleanup included. Day 2 involved both gutters, attic radiant barrier and insulation. A lot going on yet again all positions well staffed and everyone knowledgeable about the product with clear communication. A follow up with project manager Jesus to make sure that we were satisfied with the work and a clear explanation of the warranties and that would conclude my very good consumer interaction with Proper Roofing. Quality work with quality products. Recommended!

Excellent presentation and explanation of their roofing system; pressure to purchase/sign "on first visit" for a discounted price. Top-of-the line roofing is their only product but they deliver on what was explained and the product is an Architectural-type roof, 40-year roof so it is not cheap. Preparation (including plastic protection of plants, pool, etc.) installation of under support protections before the roof is installed was impressive to me. Insurance benefits, transferrable warranty are included. We experienced good customer support.
